The Fervi C038 / 30 hydraulic trolley jack represents a fundamental part of the supply of workshop equipment. In fact, it allows you to lift cars and easily reach the lower part of the car floor, allowing you to carry out maintenance and repair operations more comfortably. To ensure safe use of the lifter, it must be used on flat, smooth support surfaces of adequate hardness and strength, i.e. capable of supporting the lifter's weight plus the maximum nominal capacity.

The main safety device that the trolley jack is equipped with is the load limiter. Thanks to the maximum pressure valve, the lifter prevents overloads. In fact, the valve ensures that the pressure inside the hydraulic circuit does not exceed the value of the maximum nominal flow rate. In addition, the lifter is equipped with a load-holding saddle on the lifting arm to ensure maximum grip with the load.

The hydraulic trolley jack consists of a load-bearing frame with two fixed and two swiveling wheels, a lifting unit in turn consisting of a manually operated piston pump with lever. The lift control system consists of the plunger pump and the bleed valve which allows the lifting and / or lowering of the load.

The trolley jack has a maximum lifting capacity of 3 tons. Its dimensions are 571 x 328 mm with a height of 175 mm. The minimum lift of the lift is 130 mm while the maximum is 465 mm. The instrument weighs a total of 28 kg.
