The vented folding pallet box 1200 x 1000 H 973 intelligently solves any issues relating to logistical requirements and space optimization, especially for businesses active in the agro-food and industrial sectors. The capacity of 905 liters makes it the largest version among the containers of this type, but that does not make it a bulky item: easily foldable, it takes up less than half the size once folded. This feature, together with the possibility to stack it in groups of 8/9 pieces, makes it perfect for meeting space-saving needs in smaller warehouses, but also when transporting empty.

The vented folding pallet box can be equipped with single doors or with doors on all sides, in order to better adapt to your specific needs. The absence of sharp edges and its smooth walls, which are designed to avoid liquid stagnation and to easily clean the container, make it is suitable for contact with food; this feature is also possible thanks to the fact that it is manufactured with top-notch high-density polypropylene (HDPE).

The perforated walls facilitate the ventilation of the folding pallet box which can be accessorized with 4 swivel nylon wheels with a diameter of 80 mm for a better handling. As an alternative to the wheels it is possible to opt for 2 or 3 crossbars. These make it particularly stable and suitable for moving by fork lift truck or transpallet.

To complete the customization of the vented folding pallet box with internal dimensions of 1120x920x833 mm, it is possible to add the lid, while four feet and the space for applying the barcode are already provided as standard. The unitary capacity of the plastic container is 850 kg and this represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. It is possible to stack up to 8/9 containers, but in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 7000 kg (static capacity). Finally, it should be considered that the values in the technical data sheets are valid in optimal conditions (ambient temperature 23°C without exposure to sunlight).
