Vented folding pallet box 1200 x 800 H 800 heavy 565 Liters

The vented folding pallet box measuring 1200 x 800 and 800 mm high is the large solution focused on optimizing space. The perforated walls allow constant ventilation of the contents and the container, once knocked down, takes up less than half the space compared to when it is open. It is therefore the perfect product for all those industrial processes where the transport and storage of empty spaces is particularly important, or simply where space is limited and it must therefore be optimized.

Manufactured in high-density polypropylene, the vented folding pallet box is suitable for contact with food and, therefore, it is perfect for use in the agro-food sector. This feature is also supported by the structure: the base and the perforated walls are smooth and there are no sharp edges between them. This prevents liquids and any pieces of product from getting stuck or stagnating and, in any case, it makes cleaning the container extremely easy.

The accessory crosspieces make the folding pallet box more stable and resistant, as well as suitable for handling by forklift trucks or transpallets. As an alternative to the crosspieces, it is possible to accessorise the container with nylon wheels d. 80 mm - 2 fixed, 2 swivel - and, in addition, provide it with a lid and doors of your choice on 4 sides for easy access to the contents.

The internal dimensions of the vented folding pallet box measure 1120x720x660 mm and the capacity is 565 litres. Furthermore, the container is equipped as standard with space for applying a barcode. The unitary capacity of the plastic container is 650 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. It is possible to stack up to 10/11 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 7000 kg (static capacity). Finally, it should be considered that the values in the technical data sheets are valid in optimal conditions (ambient temperature 23°C without exposure to sunlight).
