The vented plastic pallet box is the professional and versatile solution for small and medium-sized businesses. Thanks to its particular dimensions, this product is widely used in the textile industries, but also in supermarkets since the HDPE material is non-toxic and therefore suitable for contact with food products. The vented plastic pallet box is a functional and stackable product. Furthermore, in the empty storage phase it confirms its practicality once again, since its structure allows to store 3 containers occupying the volume of two, thus optimizing the available spaces.

Resistant to shocks and thermal changes, the vented plastic pallet box is designed to ensure maximum hygiene. It is a professional product, extremely easy to handle thanks to its sturdy handles which facilitate manual handling and stacking. In addition, it can be equipped with a lid and rubber castors.

The structure of the vented plastic pallet box boasts perforated walls. Externally, the plastic box measures 1020 x 640 x 580 mm. To guarantee maximum customization, it is possible to select some optional items for the plastic box such as rubber castors, lid and label holder. Furthermore, branding is available upon request.

The capacity of the plastic pallet box is 120 kg, and this refers to the maximum capacity of 1 single box. It is possible to stack up to 9 boxes, but in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 1200 kg (static capacity). Finally, it is important to bear in mind that plastic tends to soften as temperature increases, therefore the values shown in the technical data sheets are to be understood at an ambient temperature of 23°C for boxes kept away from sunlight exposure.
