The vented plastic pallet box is the professional solution with a perforated structure for harvesting, transport and storage operations, especially ideal for agricultural companies. This product has a robust and resistant structure, which guarantees high shock absorption. Furthermore, it is particularly suitable for cold storage thanks to its resistance to low temperatures. Designed to be handled by transpallet or forklift, the vented plastic pallet box is made of non-toxic material certified HDPE. The high-density polyethylene in fact ensures maximum hygiene in contact with food.

The walls and the bottom of the vented plastic pallet box have a perforated structure to improve ventilation and promote the integrity of the stored products. Furthermore, the supporting structure is solid and at the same time elastic, giving it a high resistance to stacking. The sturdiness and solidity of the vented plastic pallet box give it stability even during transport, both of bulk and packaged products.

The structure of the vented plastic pallet box is designed to facilitate handling by forklift or transpallet. Externally, the plastic pallet box measures 1200 x 800 x 580 mm in the version without crossbars and can be personalized with branding. Finally, it is possible to add accessories, such as lids, wheels, crossbars and label holders.

The unitary capacity of the plastic container, therefore the maximum capacity of 1 single pallet box, is 470 kg. It is possible to stack up to 8 pallet boxes, but in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4300 kg (static capacity). Finally, given that plastic softens as the temperature increases, the values shown in the technical data sheets are to be considered valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for boxes not exposed to sunlight.
