The vented plastic pallet box is the professional solution, designed for those activities where contact with food products such as farms and supermarkets is required. It is a robust and resistant product, which is widely used especially in the agricultural sector as it is indispensable in the phases of collection, transport and storage of products. The non-toxic high-density polyethylene composition, certified for direct contact with food, ensures maximum hygiene.

The structure of the vented plastic pallet box gives the product a high impact resistance and load stability even during transport, both of bulk and packaged products. It is also designed to be moved by transpallet or forklift. The perforated walls and bottom allow better ventilation and integrity of the product contained.

Externally, the vented plastic pallet box measures 1200 x 1000 x 580 mm in the version without crossbars. The plastic box provides for the possibility of adding accessories such as lids, wheels, crosspieces and label holders. In addition, further customizations are available upon request, such as branding.

The unitary capacity of the vented plastic pallet box, therefore the capacity of 1 single box, is equal to 510 kg. It is possible to stack up to 8 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4800 kg (static capacity). Finally, it is good to keep in mind that plastic softens as the temperature increases, therefore the values in the technical data sheets are valid at 23°C (ambient temperature) for boxes not exposed to sunlight.
