The vented plastic pallet box is a practical and durable solution for the handling, transport and storage of goods in the agricultural, food, industrial and logistics sectors. Manufactured as a single, one-piece structure from virgin high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is non-toxic and certified for direct contact with food, the bin guarantees maximum hygiene, high mechanical strength and a long service life. It is designed for handling by pallet truck or forklift and offers stability during transport and storage of both bulk and packaged goods.

The perforated sides and base ensure effective ventilation of the contents, making it ideal for fruit and vegetables, foodstuffs and any materials requiring proper ventilation and the removal of any excess liquid during storage. The vented plastic pallet box measures 1130 × 1130 × 580 mm, weighs 28.30 kg and has a volume capacity of 400 litres. A lid is also available as an accessory, useful for protecting the contents from dust, dirt and external contamination.

The maximum load capacity per vented plastic pallet box is 300 kg, and up to 10 bins can be stacked; in this case, the maximum weight the entire stack can hold – i.e. the static load capacity – is 4,000 kg. These features make the bin a reliable solution for applications requiring high load capacity, continuous handling and efficient storage.
