The vented plastic pallet box is the practical and efficient solution with a perforated structure which, thanks to its performance, is widely used especially by agricultural businesses. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for cold storage thanks to its resistance to low temperatures and thermal changes. This pallet box is the most used for fruit, for the harvest of olives, melons and vegetables. Furthermore, it’s used throughout the agricultural sector up to the sale and display in supermarkets and fruit and vegetable shops.

Made up of a single monobloc structure, the vented plastic pallet box is designed to be moved by transpallet or forklift. Furthermore, it is made exclusively of non-toxic HDPE certified material which guarantees maximum hygiene in contact with food. The sturdiness and solidity of the product also give it stability even during transport, both of bulk and packaged products.

The walls and bottom of the vented plastic pallet box have a perforated structure to improve ventilation and promote the integrity of the products contained. The plastic pallet box measures 1130 x 1130 x 580 mm in the version without crossbars and it can be personalized with branding. In addition, accessories are available, such as wheels, lids, crossbars and label holders.

The unitary capacity of the vented plastic pallet box is 520 kg and this represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. It is possible to stack up to 8 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be reached by the whole stack, therefore the static capacity, is 4800 kg. Finally, considering that plastic softens as the temperature increases, the values in the technical data sheets are valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for containers not exposed to sunlight.
