Vented plastic pallet box 1200 x 800 H 760 heavy 470 litres

The vented plastic pallet box is the professional solution suitable for contact with food products. It is a robust and resistant product, which is widely used especially in the agricultural sector as it is indispensable in the phases of collection, transport and storage of products. The structure of the vented plastic pallet box gives the product a high impact resistance and load stability even during transport, both of bulk and packaged products. It is also designed to be moved by transpallet or forklift.

The perforated walls and bottom of the vented plastic pallet box allow better ventilation and integrity of the product contained. It is also indicated in cold storage for its resistance to cold and sudden changes in temperature. Made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), the vented plastic pallet box ensure maximum hygiene when in contact with food.

The vented plastic pallet box is designed for the optional addition of accessories such as lids, wheels, crosspieces and label holders. Furthermore, externally the plastic container measures 1200 x 800 x 760 mm in the version without crossbars and can be customized with branding on request.

The maximum capacity of 1 single vented plastic pallet box corresponds to the unit capacity and is 470 kg. It is possible to stack up to 8 containers, but in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4300 kg (static capacity). Finally, considering that plastic softens as the temperature increases, the values in the technical data sheets can be considered valid at an ambient temperature of 23°C for pallet boxes not exposed to sunlight.
