The vented plastic pallet box is a reliable and durable solution for the transport, storage and handling of goods in the agricultural, food, industrial and logistics sectors. Made from recyclable high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it is certified for direct contact with food and guarantees high standards of hygiene, resistance to chemicals and durability even under the most intensive conditions of use.

Its sturdy yet flexible structure ensures high resistance to impact, stacking and chemicals, making it ideal both for the harvesting and processing of agricultural produce and for the handling and storage of components, semi-finished and finished products in industrial settings. Thanks to its excellent resistance to low temperatures, the container is also suitable for cold storage. 

The vented plastic pallet box measures 1200 x 1000 x 760 mm, has a capacity of 610 litres and is designed for handling by pallet truck or forklift. The perforated sides and base ensure constant ventilation of the contents and rapid drainage of excess liquids, a feature particularly suitable for fruit, vegetables and foodstuffs, but also useful for any materials requiring constant ventilation. Various accessories are also available, such as 125 mm elastic rubber wheels (two with brakes and two without), a lid and crossbars.

The maximum load capacity per vented plastic pallet box is 450 kg. Up to 10 fully loaded containers can be stacked (static load capacity 4,500 kg), whilst up to 12 empty units can be stacked on top of one another. These features enable the transport and storage of goods to be managed in a practical, safe and efficient manner, even during periods of intensive handling.
