The workshop cupboard 1023x555 height 2000 mm is the comfortable, compact and safe 2-door solution to create a tidy environment in your workshop or, more generally, in the technical and industrial department you work in. Working in a tidy environment is essential both to reduce the risk of accidents due to scattered dangerous tools, and to increase productivity by reducing the time spent searching for tools positioned in many different places. The cupboard is solid and safe thanks to the key lock and is comfortable as it has swing doors.
It is possible to create the version of workshop cupboard based on individual needs by choosing the number of shelves, drawers and bushing holder frames. The shelves are adjustable and support a maximum load of 120 kg, the drawers are available in two versions, with simple extraction (equal to 88%) and 50 kg capacity and telescopic extraction (100%) with 100 kg capacity. The bushing frame is available in a tiltable version for cabinets (150 kg load capacity) and in a non-tiltable version that can be inserted into drawers (the load capacity is given by the drawer load capacity). If drawer version is chosen, it is mandatory to complete the frame with a pair of supports. The supports in fact have two functions: raising the frames and fixing them to the drawer. The pair of supports is available in two height ranges each with 3 different positions: 93/118/143 mm and 143/168/193 mm. It is also possible to purchase tool holders and drawer dividers.
The workshop cupboard is designed and built to be suitable for heavy professional use. It is built with high quality raw materials and the surfaces are treated with innovative systems to guarantee strength and corrosion resistance.
The monoblock version has a capacity of 800 kg and is available in the standard colors blue RAL 5012, grey RAL 7035 and grey RAL 7035+7016. It is mandatory to fix the workshop cupboard to the floor or wall, for this reason the cabinet is equipped with 2 fixing brackets. Lastly, if the drawers are positioned higher than 1 meter, the fixing must be on the wall.
