Drum dispensing and supports

Drum dispensing and supports are comfortable, safe and space-saving solutions for storing 60, 200 or 220 liter drums, baskets and small containers. They are the ideal products to optimize spaces and make them orderly and safe. In fact, the supports can be positioned above collection tanks of various sizes and capacities which contain any spills of chemical or dangerous liquid stored in the containers.

To optimize the available space by exploiting it also in height, stackable supports are available. Furthermore, the wide range is complete with supports for drums, but also for baskets and small containers; of supports in painted steel, galvanized steel and anti-corrosion polyethylene.

The use of a collection tank is essential when storing liquids and is mandatory when dealing with hazardous liquids according to the regulations on safety in the workplace and on environmental protection. For this reason it is possible to position the supports on a sump pallet and compose the storage or transfer station that best suits your needs.

The supports for drums allow horizontal storage, ideal for carrying out the tapping, transfer and storage operations in a comfortable and safe way. Finally, the various models, sizes and features allow you to find the ideal solution for every need.

What are drum supports used for?

Drum supports allow kegs to be positioned horizontally, facilitating tapping operations.

Can drum supports be stacked?

Only if they are stackable models and within the load capacity limits of the spill pallet supporting them.

Is it possible for drum supports to cause the drums to protrude beyond the perimeter of the spill pallet?

No, it is not possible for the keg to protrude beyond the perimeter of the spill pallet. If it did, there would be a risk of accidental spillage onto the ground, resulting in environmental pollution, which would defeat the very purpose of the spill pallet.

What is the difference between polyethylene and steel drum supports?

Polyethylene drum supports are used for polyethylene spill pallets, which are suitable for containing corrosive substances such as acids and bases. Steel drum supports are used for steel spill pallets, which are useful for containing hazardous non-corrosive chemicals.

Is it possible to use a steel support on a polyethylene spill pallet, and vice versa?

No, it is not possible to use supports and spill pallets made of different materials because the choice of material depends on the type of substance stored in the drums, which requires either polyethylene or steel.
