Dough proofing boxes and bakery baskets

Dough proofing boxes and bakery baskets are the most functional solutions for the storage of sweet and savory leavened products, both during the leavening process and as regards the handling of products. All boxes comply with EC Reg. 2023/2006, EC Reg. 1935/2004 and EC Reg. 10/2011 and supplied complete with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 certification.
