The engraving pen electric vibration by Fervi is a portable tool that allows writing and drawing on solid materials. It is particularly suitable for engraving glass, ceramic, plastic, wood, stainless steel, brass, aluminium and soft steel. Before starting to work with the electric pen, it is important to wear gloves, hearing protection and protective goggles. When working with materials that generate dust, the use of a face mask is also recommended.

The engraving pen electric is equipped with a knob on the left-hand side of the casing, by means of which the vibration frequency (i.e. the speed of the punch) can be adjusted. The lowest frequency corresponds to a lighter incision while the highest frequency allows a deeper incision. Five different vibration speeds are possible.

Before using the engraving pen electric, the punch must be fitted. To do this, the punch must be fitted correctly and then, using a slotted screwdriver, screw in the grub screw that holds the tip in place. After completing the assembly of the punch and connecting the power cable, the pen must be grasped by means of the 'torch' grip and the switch located at the rear must be operated.

On the engraving pen electric vibration there is an identification plate on which the most important technical data and the CE marking are shown. This type of tool is considered to be a service tool and not a production tool, so its use should not be continuous during the working day.
