IBC pallet 1000 lt in painted steel with grid 2720 x 1315 x 420 mm

The IBC pallet in painted steel is the standard solution for the safe storage of two 1000 lt IBC tanks. Using this spill pallet makes work environments safer and compliant. In fact, placed under IBC tanks, the IBC pallet collects any liquid leaks preventing it from falling to the ground, entering the aquifers, polluting the environment and endangering the health of the operators.

The material chosen for the construction of the ibc pallet's structure is steel. This material allows to obtain a spill pallet suitable for the containment of dangerous and flammable liquids and chemical substances often stored in tanks in the industrial sector.

The ibc pallet is complete with a plate with technical data and it is tested by qualified operators according to the Italian law D.Lgs n. 81 9/4/2008. The spill pallet is made in compliance with Italian regulations, which require the containment capacity to be equal to the greater of 33% of the total volume stored and the volume of the largest container stored. Therefore, if you intend to use the spill pallet outside Italy, we recommend checking the current regulations regarding containment.

The IBC pallet is painted in orange RAL2001 and, thanks to the support feet, it can be moved with a forklift or transpallet. Finally, to better manage pouring operations, it is possible to customize the pallet by adding one or two supports as optional accessories.
