Scroll saws

The vibrating scroll saws are the solution for precise and clean straight cuts or cuts with a very wide angle of curvature, on different materials and with different dimensions, suitable for producing identical pieces or for creating artistic shapes. They are mainly used for cutting wood, but depending on the type of blade the machine has, it is also possible to cut plastics or non-ferrous metals. Our hacksaws are all service machines and therefore built exclusively to carry out short-term activities and not for example of continuous production days.

Together with the vibrating scroll saws, to ensure safe use in confined spaces, it is necessary to connect sawdust aspirators of suitable power for the type of cutting machine, as in this way it will not only be safer to use the machine, but also more comfortable. as the vision of the cut will be better. This is a service machine therefore only suitable for use for short periods of time.

Some types of scroll saws are able to perform miter cuts because the work table, where the piece to be cut is placed, can be tilted and adjusted according to the cut that needs to be made.

Finally, the main parts of the scroll saws are: the work table, the tension knob for the blade, which is usually placed on the opposite side of the frame, and the blade, which can be replaced in case of damage or need a different type of cut.
