The bench chamfering machine Fervi is an easy-to-use product designed to chamfer edges on workpieces and parts made of metal material. In particular, it is the ideal tool for chamfering 90 degrees edges. This machine is characterised by its speed and ease of use. The machine consists of a metal base, a workpiece guide and an electronic motor on which an insert cutter is mounted. The guide is equipped with two steel sliding tables, perpendicular to each other and inclined at 45 degrees relative to the vertical plane.

The milling cutter of the bench chamfering machine is almost entirely covered by the guide, which therefore also acts as a protective casing. This type of machine allows chamfering operations of up to 5 mm. In addition, there is a drawer on the opposite side of the working area that is specifically designed to collect the iron shavings that are produced during machining. You can use two push buttons located on the top of the control panel in order to start and stop the machine.

Being a service machine and not a production machine, this tool is not suitable for prolonged continuous use. In fact, to avoid overheating the chamfering machine, it is recommended not to extend its usage beyond 10 minutes of continuous machining.

Finally, the bench chamfering machine is equipped with a 230 V single-phase motor. It is supplied fully assembled and ready for use.
