The bench grinder Fervi 0023 is an extremely user-friendly tool that can be employed to carry out various types of machining operations such as sanding, deburring or grinding on particularly strong workpieces made of metal or metal alloys. A continuous use of the machine is not recommended for a period of time exceeding 10 minutes, so as to prevent the motor or the tools from overheating.

In order to use the professional bench grinder, simply place the workpiece to be processed on the piece-holder brackets and push it lightly towards the grinder once it has been turned on. To solve the problem of the workpiece overheating, it is possible to immerse it in water to cool it down.

To ensure stability of the bench grinder during machining, it can be secured to the work table with four bolts through the holes provided in the base of the machine body. In addition, before use, the machine must be connected to an external suction system via the two suction inlets at the rear of the fixed protective guards.

The motor included in the machine body of the bench grinder has a power rating of 230 V 50 Hz 0.35 kW. Finally, the safety of the operators using the tool is guaranteed by the presence of protective shields.
