Drum spill pallet modular in steel

The drum spill pallet is a modular, composable solution capable of responding to specific storage needs for various drums containing hazardous liquids belonging to the flammable and pollutant categories. It represents the optimal choice if you need to configure a versatile and multifunctional solution capable of housing various drums but also IBCs all while protecting environment and employees from contact with harmful substances.

The key feature of this product is the possibility of joining several spill pallets together using the coupling kit available as an optional accessory. The kit consists of a gutter, which prevents any spillage from leaking into the joint, and a connecting piece, which connects the two basins and increases the total capacity. Multiple kits can be used to join several spill pallets until the desired capacity is achieved.

Two models of spill pallets are available in slatted versions: a first model with a capacity of 200 l and dimensions 1300x800x392 mm for 2 drums, a second with a capacity of 300 l and dimensions 1300x1200x392 mm for 4 drums. By combining several pallets, it is therefore possible to create storage stations containing a large number of drums, but also IBCs. The drum spill pallets are made of steel painted in RAL2004 orange.

The liquid holding spill palelt basin is supported by forklift pockets compatible with pallet jacks and forklift trucks, ensuring fast and efficient logistical and organisational operations. Furthermore, this product saves space, as there is the possibility of stacking several pallets during empty transport or when not in use. It should be noted that the use of this product is in line with environmental and work safety regulations (Italian Legislative Decree No. 152/2006 and Legislative Decree No. 81/2008).

Made in compliance with Italian legislation, the spill pallet guarantees a containment capacity equal to the greater of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the largest of the containers present. In case of use in other countries, please check compatibility with local regulations.
