Drum storage cabinet in polyethylene 1540 x 1600 x 2000 mm with spill pallet for 4 drums

The drum storage cabinet in polyethylene is the wide solution for safely storing up to 4 drums of corrosive and dangerous liquids outdoors. The drum sump pallet located at the base of the deposit collects accidental spills of liquids, preventing them from falling to the ground, penetrating the aquifers polluting the environment and putting the operators' health at risk. Furthermore, the level of safety is also guaranteed for the content which, protected at 360 °, does not risk alterations caused by atmospheric agents.

To guarantee quality and structural resistance, the drum storage cabinet is made with the rotational molding technique. This special production technique makes it possible to obtain a robust monolith without joints. In addition, the environmentally friendly medium-density polyethylene LLDPE used for the production makes the deposit ideal for containing corrosive substances such as acids, alkalis and oils.

The presence of forklift pockets in the bottom part of the structure makes the drum storage cabinet movable when empty with the use of a forklift. Furthermore, the body of the cabinet is complete with 4 ventilation grilles, space for pictograms and stickers, internal pallet in polyethylene 1200x1200 mm, internal document holder and handles for opening the doors that can be padlocked up to 180°.

The drum storage cabinet has a capacity of 450 liters for a total of 800 kg evenly distributed, it can contain up to 4 drums and is resistant to rust thanks to its polyethylene construction. The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations. Finally, the external dimensions measure 1540x1600x2000 mm.
