Ibc pallet 1050 lt in polyethylene with grid 1350 x 1350 x 970 mm

The Ibc pallet 1350x1350 height 970 mm is the standard solution in UV stabilized non-toxic polyethylene yellow color equipped with a grid for the safe storage of an ibc tank. It is the necessary product for the protection of the environment and the health of the finished products as it contains accidental spills of chemical products, alkaline solutions, non-flammable chemicals and others compatible with polyethylene which guarantees total protection against corrosion.

The ibc pallet can be moved with a forklift or transpallet thanks to the special housings for the forks obtained from the shaping of the bottom and has a solid construction structure that allows high loading performance and great sturdiness. The monolithic roto-molded method used for the production allows, in fact, to print a single piece without joints and to obtain a self-supporting and impact-resistant reinforced structure.

Compliance with italian regulations is ensured: the ibc pallet is built in accordance with the regulations on safety in the workplace and those for the protection of the environment.

The ibc pallet is equipped with an interchangeable polypropylene grid with drainage holes in case of spills, and can support a 1000 l tank. Moreover, for storing the tank outdoors, a PVC cover is available as an option to protect it from the weather, either in the standard or in the fireproof ADR-approved version.

In line with Italian regulations, the spill pallet is designed to hold at least the greater of 33% of the total volume of stored liquids or the largest container. For installations outside Italy, you are advised to check the laws in force in the country of use.
