IBC storage cabinet in galvanized steel 1870 x 1560 x 2590 mm with spill pallet

The IBC storage cabinet is the galvanized steel solution with dimensions 1870x1560x2590 mm with painted steel spill pallet for the containment of an IBC tank. It is the ideal product for all workshops, factories and companies where substances of even dangerous nature are stored in tanks to be placed outdoors. The closed structure, in fact, protects the content from atmospheric agents, but also from access attempts by unauthorized operators.

In order to protect the environment and the health of workers, the IBC storage cabinet is complete with a spill pallet in steel painted in RAL 9006 color which, by containing any spills, prevents hazardous substances from entering the environment. The pallet is complete with a removable galvanized grating and the bottom is equipped with 90 mm high passing feet with perforations for fixing the cabinet to the ground. Made in compliance with Italian legislation, the spill pallet guarantees a containment capacity equal to the greater of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the largest of the containers present. The IBC storage cabinet is complete with 500 mm high internal splash-guard walls, it is lockable with a key lock; furthermore, upon request it is possible to obtain the version with ventilation grilles that allow the storage of flammable material with a passage area equal to 1/30 of the plan surface, as required by the law.

The IBC storage cabinet is built in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-3 standards and to simplify tapping operations, it is possible to add the inclined rise for the tank (not supplied as standard). Finally, the internal anti-acid coating of the spill pallet and the painting of the storage deposit are available on request.
