Metal storage shelves with spill pallet for 4 200 lt horizontal drums on 2 levels

The metal storage shelves are the solution with spill pallet for the safe horizontal storage of 4 drums positioned on 2 levels. The structure is complete with two-level shelving on which it is possible to place the drums parallel to the ground to make storage safe and to facilitate transfer operations. It is the indispensable product for optimizing space and storing drums containing flammable and polluting substances in an orderly manner and in total safety.

The spill pallet located at the base of the metal shelving increases the product's safety level. In fact, it collects any accidental spills that might occurr during storage and transfer of the substances contained in the drums, preventing them from dispersing into the environment. The orange painted carbon steel spill pallet is StawaR certified and built according to European safety standards. The spill pallet is designed in accordance with Italian regulations, which require a containment capacity equal to the higher of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the single largest container. It is recommended that, in case of use outside the Italian territory, the local regulations in force regarding containment should be consulted.

The metal storage shelves  in galvanized steel for drums are complete with two height-adjustable shelves and 4 fixed supports for drums. In addition, they can be accessorized with the galvanized support for pouring, the revolving supports for drums that facilitate their rotation thus simplifying the tapping operations and the protection corners that safeguard the shelving from shocks. 

The total external dimensions of the metal storage shelves are 1400 x 830 x 2000 mm, while the spill pallet with removable galvanized grid measures 1340 x 1250 x 300 mm and has a capacity of 270 liters.
