The metal storage shelves with spill pallet are the solution for the safe and compliant storage of 2 IBC tanks of 100 liters. It is the ideal product in order not to give up order and safety when storing liquids of a dangerous, polluting and flammable nature in tanks. The shelving allows you to optimize the spaces by exploiting them in height and to order the tanks safely by placing them in a suitable and dedicated place.

The storage shelves for IBCs are supplied disassembled to reduce transport costs, but it remains a robust and quality solution, perfect for professional environments. Furthermore, the construction in compliance with high quality standards makes it ideal when storing dangerous, toxic, noxious or flammable substances. The basic elements that make up the structure are mainly two: the vertical ones called sides and the horizontal ones called beams.

The spill pallet is made of steel and, placed at the base of the shelving, it collects any leaks of hazardous liquids, preventing them from being dispersed into the environment. The shelving integrates the entire tank perfectly, thus guaranteeing maximum protection. Furthermore, the spill pallet is complete with monitoring panels and identification plate and is made according to UNI EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 standards. The spill pallet capacity complies with Italian regulations, which require the containment of the highest volume between 33% of the total storage and that of the largest container. In the case of use in countries other than Italy, it is advisable to refer to local containment regulations.

To increase the level of safety, in addition to the splash guards supplied as standard, it is possible to add protective angles for the metal shelving. Finally, the structure measures 1500x1430x3000 mm, while the spill pallet measures1440x1340x650 mm.
