The metal storage shelves with spill pallet are the safe and compliant solution for the storage of 4 IBC tanks. The structure supplied disassembled allows to reduce transport costs without sacrificing the quality of a product suitable for professional use, even intensive. Furthermore, it is the ideal product for the storage of tanks in which dangerous, toxic, noxious or flammable substances are stored.

To ensure order and safety in the workplace, storing the IBC on a special metal shelving is the ideal solution. In fact, the height-adjustable shelf and the spill pallet allow you to organize the spaces making them safe and optimize them by exploiting every available inch even in height. The basic elements that compose the structure are the vertical ones, called sides and the horizontal ones, called beams.

The spill pallet is supplied as standard and must be positioned at the base of the metal storage shelves. The structure integrates the spill pallet entirely, in order to guarantee maximum protection. The spill pallet complete with galvanized grating and safety panels is made in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-3: 2006 and, by collecting any accidental spills of hazardous liquids, it protects the environment and the health of operators. The spill pallet is designed in accordance with Italian regulations, which require a containment capacity equal to the higher of 33% of the total stored volume and the volume of the single largest container. It is recommended that, in case of use outside the Italian territory, the local regulations in force regarding containment should be consulted.

Safety is guaranteed by the splash guards fitted on the sides of the shelving that prevent splashes from hitting the operators, but it is possible to further increase the safety level by selecting the optional corner pieces that protect the metal shelving from any impacts. Finally, the dimensions of the shelving are 2700x1430x3000 mm, while the spill pallet measures 2665x1340x600 mm.
