Mini hand shear brake Fervi 0892

The Fervi 0892 mini hand shear brake is the ideal manual solution in situations where it is not possible to connect to an electrical network, as can happen in some construction sites, or the electrical network is not powerful enough to power a type of electric machine. The machine can perform both cutting and bending work thanks to the punching machine located in the lower part, under the shear. In this way the product is extremely versatile and is able to satisfy different types of use during the processing of metal sheets.

It is possible to fix the mini hand shear brake both to the workbench and to stop it with a vice. In the first case, a wooden top is recommended where, after checking the size, the machinery will be fixed with the bolts included or with similar longer bolts. In the second, suitable if for example the shear will be moved frequently, the jaws of the vice must have a width of at least 150 mm.

In the case of the punching machine, to adjust the angle to be reached, it is necessary to move the prism at the rear of the machine. By correctly calculating the bending radius, cylinders and cones can be formed.

As regards both cutting and bending, the maximum thickness of the sheet is 1 mm: using greater thicknesses, in case the machinery should be damaged, the guarantee will no longer be valid. Being a service machine, it is not suitable for continuous activities for long periods.
