The sheet metal machine Fervi is the most suitable tool for cutting and bending sheets of low-carbon sheet metal or other metals with similar hardness. The sheet metal machine's knife is not a single piece, but rather it consists of 7 sections of varying lengths. You can replace, remove or move the sections by loosening the allen screws located on the top of the knife. Instead, by acting on the two knobs located on the front of the sheet metal machine, you can adjust the type of diameter or cone you want to create.

Two models of the sheet metal machine are available that allow machining of two different lengths. The first model has a useful length of 750 mm and a minimum calendering diameter of 44 mm, while the second model allows processing a useful length of 1000 mm and a minimum calendering diameter of 48 mm.

It is recommended to grease the eccentric mechanism of the sheet metal machine daily; this mechanism is located on the upper part of the machine. In addition, for proper maintenance of the apparatus, it is also necessary to lubricate all other moving parts on a weekly basis.
