Manual slip roll machine Fervi 0776
In stock
The manual slip roll machine Fervi 0776 is the ideal tool for carrying out processes such as the calendering of sheet metal. Thanks to this type of equipment, the operation of which depends on 3 rollers, it is possible, by removing the central roller, to also create complete tubes. It can form tubes with a minimum diameter of 50 mm and a maximum diameter of 1050, for all types of low-carbon sheet metal and for non-ferrous materials.
Using the manual slip roll machine is simple and intuitive. After adjusting the roller, the sheet metal must be inserted between the control and return roller and the crank must be turned. The tube will then be formed and ready. In order to remove the tube from the machine, it will be necessary to grasp the handle and pull it out of the support, at which point the calendered tube will be removed.
This type of equipment is capable of processing low carbon sheets with a maximum thickness of 0.8 mm and a maximum length of 1050 mm and non-ferrous sheets with a maximum thickness of 1.5 mm and a maximum length of 1050 mm.
Equipped with support feet, the manual slip roll machine is 1350 mm long, 340 mm wide and 500 mm high. Equipped with a shelf, it allows tools or sheets to be stored while waiting to be used.
