The manual slip roll machine Fervi 0776/610 is the most suitable tool for calendering sheet metal with low carbon content or other metals with the same hardness. The sheet metal sheets to be calendered must have a thickness of no more than 0.8 mm. Thanks to the removable central roll and manual adjustment, this tool can be used for tube forming. Thanks to its small dimensions, it is ideal for placement on the workbench in workshops and body shops, so that it is always ready for use.

In order to make machining more stable and secure, the manual slip roll machine can be fixed to the workbench or the work surface employed for machining, by using bolts to be passed through the four holes provided on the structure. The fixing holes are positioned two on each leg of the machine.

By acting on the two adjustment knobs, it is possible to adjust the passage clearance between the two main rollers, so as to adapt it to the sheet metal to be processed. To adjust the calendering diameter, on the other hand, it is necessary to adjust the position of the rear roller. To start direct operation of the manual slip roll machine, there is a crank handle to move the rollers.
