In stock
The manual slip roll machine Fervi is a tool with which it is possible to perform sheet metal calendering. It is a manual tool and therefore does not need to be connected to the power supply. This machine is equipped with three rollers, of which the central one is detachable so as to allow the creation of complete tubes. It is the right tool for use by hobbyists and professionals who need to carry out this specific type of work.
The manual slip roll machine is adjusted by means of handwheels located on the front and sides of the structure. A first handwheel allows adjustment of the end diameter of the sheet metal. The second handwheel, on the other hand, allows adjustment of the passage clearance between the two main rollers to suit the sheet metal to be processed. In addition, it is also possible to obtain conical sheet metal at the outlet; to do this, simply adjust the rollers accordingly.
To start direct operation of the manual slip roll machine there is a crank handle which can be installed on the axis of rotation of the rolls and wedged to it with a flap. Turning the crank handle clockwise will allow the main rollers to grip the sheet metal and roll it into place.
The manual slip roll machine is supplied already assembled and the only components that need to be put together are the support legs and the spacers between them. The machine, once completely mounted, can also be bolted to the floor by using the four holes provided.
