The Fervi 0575 sandblast cabinet is the bench solution for cleaning or satin finishing metal surfaces thanks to the use of a gun with a high pressure air jet that pushes dry abrasive particles, such as glass or abrasive stone, onto the surface to be treated. According to the particle size and the type of surface to be treated, it is possible to achieve different finishing levels, according to the needs. This is a service machine and therefore produced to work for short periods or in any case with interruption, so it is not suitable for long-lasting activities such as production.

For the safety of the operator and other people who may have access to the area where the professional sandblast cabinet will be positioned, it is important to have a suction system with dust suppression and the correct flow rate. In the event that any residue (object dust or parts of particles) should fall to the ground, it will be essential to clean immediately to avoid possible falls.

The Fervi sandblast cabinet carries out its activity inside a closed cabin to protect the operator from any parts that may want in his direction. To check the result, a transparent screen is placed on the upper part of the cabin, while inside there is a light bulb to illuminate the interior space.

To insert the workpiece inside the sandblast cabinet, simply open the side door. For the operator's safety, the door must be closed before turning on the machine and the air jet must never be directed directly towards the hands, even if covered by special gloves.
