The vented plastic pallet box is a practical and efficient solution made from high-density polyethylene, suitable for the handling, transport and storage of goods in the agricultural, food, industrial and logistics sectors. Thanks to its perforated structure and high mechanical strength, it is ideal both for the harvesting and processing of fruit and vegetables and for the handling of components, semi-finished and finished products. The bin’s reinforced structure ensures high strength and stability during all handling and storage operations, whether placed on the ground or stacked. The container is designed for handling by pallet truck or forklift, offering practicality and safety even in the most intensive applications, and is resistant to chemicals. The perforated sides and base promote constant ventilation of the contents and the drainage of excess liquids, helping to preserve the integrity of the products at every stage of the operational process.

The vented plastic pallet box measures 1130 × 1130 × 760 mm, weighs 34 kg and has a capacity of 650 litres, allowing for the handling of large quantities. In addition, a practical lid is available as an accessory, recommended where the contents need to be protected from dust, dirt and external contamination. 

The maximum load capacity of each vented plastic pallet box is 450 kg, and up to 10 bins can be safely stacked; in this case, the maximum weight the entire stack can hold – i.e. the static load capacity – is 4,000 kg. These features ensure full operational efficiency even in applications featuring high handling rates and optimised use of space.
