The vented plastic pallet box is the practical and efficient solution in high density polyethylene, particularly suitable for harvesting olives, melons and vegetables. In fact, it is widely used from the collection field, through the entire supply chain to display in supermarkets and outlets. Moreover, it is particularly suitable for cold storage thanks to its resistance to low temperatures and thermal changes. In addition, its composition in non-toxic HDPE certified material guarantees maximum hygiene in contact with food.

The monobloc supporting structure of the vented plastic pallet box is equipped with angular and central columns, which are a guarantee of sturdiness during all the handling and storage phases on the ground or vertically. In addition, the perforated walls and bottom allow continuous and optimal ventilation of the box, which is designed to be moved by transpallet or forklift.

The sturdiness and solidity of the product give stability to the vented plastic pallet box even during transport, both of loose and packaged products. The plastic container measures 1130 x 1130 x 760 mm in the version without crosspieces and can be equipped with wheels, lid, crosspieces and label holders. Also, branding is available upon request.

The unitary capacity of the vented plastic pallet box is 520 kg and represents the maximum capacity of 1 single container. It is possible to stack up to 8 containers, in this case the maximum weight that can be contained in the whole stack is 4800 kg (static capacity). These values are to be considered valid in optimal conditions, i.e. when the containers are at room temperature (23°C) and not exposed to sunlight.
