The accessories for the 495-litre insulated container are devices to be used together with the container that allow its full potential to be exploited. In particular, the plates are heat energy accumulators that release during transport or storage in isothermal containers, allowing the temperature of perishable products to be maintained.
The -3° C eutectic plate is ideal for transporting fresh foods such as dairy products, salads, fruits. Thanks to this temperature, bacterial growth can be avoided, allowing food to remain fresh even during longer transports.
On the other hand, the use of eutectic plates at -21° C is essential for storing frozen foods that require much lower temperatures. By using these plates, it is possible to maintain a lower temperature and preserve the quality and safety of frozen food without running the risk of it defrosting during transport and storage.
Both plates measure 540x325x57 mm and weigh 6.8 kg. The technology and unique design make this a robust and manageable product. The inner liquid is non-toxic and the outer shell is fully recyclable. Finally, spare power cables are also available.
