The floor drill press Fervi T071 is the tool that allows you to perform mechanical operations such as drilling, threading, reaming and counterbore. It is a machine tool that has been designed and built to perform this type of operation on different materials, but to do so it is necessary to change the tool according to the material to be worked and the type of work to be carried out. The rotation speed transmission of the spindle is performed by a belt which allows to obtain different speed levels.

The plate indicating the spindle rotation speeds, which correspond to the possible speed change configurations, is applied to the front of the professional drill press head. Once the desired speed has been identified, it will be necessary to modify the positions of the belts according to the indications on the plate. Furthermore, it is necessary to select the desired speed in relation to the positioning of the belts.

The movement of the spindle of the Fervi floor drill press takes place manually through the handwheel positioned on the right side of the head. To lower the spindle and therefore bring the tool closer to the workpiece, simply turn the handwheel counterclockwise. Conversely, to lift the spindle, the handwheel must be turned clockwise. It is also possible to set the reversal of the spindle rotation.

It is possible to adjust the height and inclination of the table positioned on the column of the Fervi floor drill press, as well as the longitudinal sliding of the 120 mm workpiece clamp. In this way it will be possible to make any type of processing easier.
