Forklift tipping skip with 4 wheels and capacity 600 kg dismountable

The forklift tipping skip is a robust and suitable solution for collecting, moving and unloading various types of materials such as production scrap, residues, waste and other materials within workplaces. It is a CE-marked product that guarantees compliance with EU regulations and directives. The tipping skip’s functioning provides safety and practicality, as it can be emptied by means of a lever on the side, which can also be operated remotely by means of a rope.

The construction and design of the tipping skip fully comply with the EU indications as stated in the Directive 2006/42/EC implemented in Italy by Legislative Decree no. 17 of 27 January 2010, ensuring that the product meets the requirements of standard UNI EN ISO 12100 and subsequent amendments.

The structure is easy to handle, equipped with 2 fixed front wheels and 2 swivel rear wheels with brake with a diameter of 125 mm and a practical push handle for manual movement from one work area to another. Alternatively, the tipping skip can be moved with the aid of a forklift truck or a pallet truck thanks to the forklift pockets located at the bottom of the structure for this purpose. Both handle and forklift pockets can be completely dismounted to facilitate transport and storage.

The forklift tipping skip’s tank can hold up to 300 litres and the entire structure has a maximum load capacity of 600 kg. The tipping skip is supplied with handle and forklift pockets painted in anthracite grey RAL7016, while the body colour can be selected from green RAL6011, orange RAL2004 or grey RAL7000. The forklift tipping skip has a drain plug on the bottom of the tank as standard, this detail allows you to add the optional grill and tap to separate liquids from solids. Finally, it is possible to add the optional hydraulic cylinder which guarantees a gradual tipping of the bucket.
