Gas cage in galvanized steel with supporting frame 3180 x 1600 mm

The gas cage is the wide and safe solution in galvanized steel for the storage of gas cylinders. Equipped with a very sturdy supporting frame, it is the perfect product for storing gas cylinders in outdoor environments thanks to the canopy that protects the contents from atmospheric agents. Storage is essential in companies and warehouses where gas cylinders must be stored in suitable places and in accordance with the law that prevent non-employees from having access to them. Furthermore, when supplied assembled, the deposit is equipped with a predisposition for anchoring to the ground. The structure can be moved with a forklift of adequate capacity.

The structure of the gas cage is made of carbon steel profiles with high flexibility and structural strength, assembled and welded together according to static requirements with controlled calibration Mig equipment. In addition, the body is covered with corrugated galvanized sheet metal panels on the rear side and with 40x40x4 mesh panels on the walls. The deposit is complete with 2 hinged doors consisting of two doors made of galvanized steel profiles and covered with 40x40x4 mesh panels complete with key lock and opening handle. The interior, on the other hand, is divided into compartments by special separators that are fitted with safety chains.

A high level of safety is guaranteed by the presence of safety panels and by compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard. The gas cylinder storage depot complies with the following directives: 2009/104 / EC Work equipment and Legislative Decree 81/2008 Annex V.

The gas cage, 3180 cm wide and 1600 cm deep, is supplied assembled and available in the version with and without base. Finally, the version with base can be equipped with one or more access ramps for easy access even when using gas cylinder trolleys.
