Modulcontainer open space with EI/REI120 certified panels, spill pallet and swing doors

The modulcontainer is the standard solution that allows you to safely store hazardous substances outdoors. The responsibility for assessing the suitability of the containment of the substances to be stored lies in any case with the in-house HSE manager or the safety advisor. All models supplied are complete with the following standard equipment: ventilation grilles; predisposition for fixing to the ground with dowels (fixing must be carried out by the user); continuous skids for support of 80 mm; removable hot-dip galvanized grating floor with 34x76 mm mesh 25x2 mm flat and load capacity of 600 kg / m2; 2 mm thick galvanized carbon steel spill pallet; gutters and downspouts; pre-painted sandwich panel sheet metal thickness 5/10 walls and roofing. The structure is made up of walls and doors in EI 120 certified panels insulated in mineral wool, 100 mm thick, fire reaction class A2-s1-d0. The door has a 63 mm thick leaf. The roof, on the other hand, is made with corrugated panels (40 mm thick ribs) certified REI 120 insulated in mineral wool 100 mm thick, fire reaction class A2-s1-d0. The slides, the spill pallet, the downspouts and the profiles are all painted in RAL 9002 color, but other colors are available on request.

All available modulcontainer are made in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 152/06 consolidated environmental text and related standards and are supplied complete with the following documentation:
• Watertight declaration of the tank as required by the Legislative Decree 152/06;
• Declaration that natural ventilation is in accordance with D.M. 18/05/95 with grids of dimensions equal to 1/30 of the plan surface;
• Declaration of the capacity of the grating floor;
• Welding declaration: in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2.2006 with production control plan under surveillance - with qualified welders in accordance with EN 9606-1: 2013 - with welding process in accordance with UNI EN ISO 15614-1: 2012 , UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 certified quality system;
• User and maintenance manual (the operator must always use the Personal Protective Equipment as per Legislative Decree 81/08 for the operations listed in the manual).

The spill pallet of the modulcontainer is built in compliance with Italian safety regulations. This provides that the spill pallet must contain the greater of 33% of the volume stored and the total volume of the largest container stored. Therefore, if the module container is to be used in a country other than Italy, it will be important to inquire about the relevant provisions (for example in France 50% of the stored volume is expected, while in Germany 10%). In the same way, the ventilation grilles are structured according to the Italian standard: if you intend to use the module container outside the Italian territory, it is therefore important to check the national regulations on the subject (for example, in France the grilles are mandatory, while in Germany are recommended, but the number and structure required may vary).

To handle the modulcontainer, a forklift truck with fork extension is required. Alternatively, it is possible to select, as an option, the predisposition for handling by crane with hooking from the base and in this case you will be able to use both methods of movimentation.

It is possible to further customize the modulcontainer through a great amount of available accessories. It will in fact be possible to purchase the internal shelving (positioning to be agreed upon) with shelves of different lengths and depths of 415 mm (380 mm grid + 35 mm rear vertical guide), the access ramp with or without flap fitted with forklift pockets, the non-Atex lighting system, the non-Atex air conditioning system that allows you to control temperature swings and the non-Atex suction / ventilation system. In addition, on request it is possible to obtain a greater capacity of the spill pallet located on the floor, the Atex-approved electrical system and the positioning of the swing doors on the short side of the container.
