IBC tank 1000l for food with plastic pallet

The IBC tank 1000 litre with plastic pallet is the answer to the need to transport products of a food-grade nature, thanks to its composition suitable for contact with foodstuffs. The tank therefore enables the transport of liquids such as water, wine or oil. In addition, the transport of chemicals belonging to packaging group II is permitted. The plastic composition of the pallet gives the container a higher degree of hygiene, even in the case of repeated use. Manufactured to high quality standards, the tank is suitable for professional and intensive use.

Thanks to the galvanised steel cage that protects the IBC tank, it is possible to guarantee the safety of the product, shielding it from knocks and damage that may occur during transport. Furthermore, stability is guaranteed by the plastic palletisation. In addition, the upper spout allows the liquid to be inserted, which can then be easily tapped through the tap at the bottom of the structure.

Equipped with a DIN 50 (2-inch) valve made of HMW HDPE material with a PE gasket and a lid made of HDPE material with an SBR gasket, the 1000 l IBC tank can be conveniently handled with a pallet truck or forklift for efficient logistics performance.

The IBC tank structure is made of neutral-coloured high-density polyethylene. With a capacity of 1000 l, the IBC tank is available in the dimensions 1000 x 1200 x 1170 mm.
