Nylon bolt hole swivel castor with brake

The nylon bolt hole swivel castor is the solution with a brake and through-hole for inserting the fixing screw, ideal for preventing unintended movement of industrial trolleys. The use of nylon makes the wheels impact-resistant even under extreme conditions and in environments with temperatures from a minimum of -40°C to a maximum of +80°C. Thanks to their durability, they are the ideal castors for carts used in cold stores or warehouses with low or high temperatures. In addition, the brake allows the trolleys to be locked during the loading and unloading of goods and the safe positioning of displays or racks in commercial premises.

The swivel castors are made of white nylon and the compound and raw materials used are chosen with great care. The supports fitted in the nylon bolt hole swivel castor are moulded in galvanised steel, the ball race is protected by a double cap and there is a through-hole for installing the fixing screw. The foot brake is easy to engage and disengage with a slight pressure of the foot. Finally, the wheels are available in two different versions, one with a diameter of 100 mm to support a maximum load of 180 kg and one with a diameter of 125 mm to support a maximum weight of 200 kg.
