Nylon swivel castor with housing and brake in stainless steel

A nylon swivel castor made of nylon and equipped with an easily manoeuvrable foot brake is the optimal solution for equipping roll containers and industrial trolleys. Thanks to their nylon composition, these wheels are particularly suitable for fitting on trolleys intended for movement in cold storage or environments with temperatures as low as -40°C. In addition, nylon, being a high-performance material, demonstrates considerable resistance both to high temperatures (maximum +80°C) and to impacts that could affect the wheel.

The foot-operated braking mechanism of the nylon swivel castor is activated with a light pressure of the foot, allowing the trolleys to be safely locked during loading and unloading. This accessory also offers the possibility of safely positioning displays or stenders within retail spaces. In addition, the housing of the swivel castors consists of a rust-resistant stainless steel plate complete with 4 holes, thus ensuring optimal load distribution.

Each nylon swivel castor with brake is manufactured with meticulous care, using a high-quality compound. This also applies to all other raw materials used, and the moulding steps are carried out with precision. Finally, the products are available in two versions: the first with a diameter of 100 mm and a maximum capacity of 180 kg, the second with a diameter of 125 mm and a maximum capacity of 200 kg.
