The Roll Container Secure Nestable is a professional solution for protecting goods, ensuring that they are not damaged or stolen by being padlockable. When not in use for loading goods, it can be easily stowed away, reducing space requirements by closing the walls and interlocking several roll containers. This feature not only reduces clutter in warehouses and transport vehicles, but also makes logistics operations faster, as it is not necessary to completely dismantle the roll to gain space.

The structure of the Roll Container Secure Nestable undergoes a white/blue electrolytic galvanising treatment and is robust and resistant, yet not difficult to handle. Included in the standard scope of delivery are four 50x50 mm mesh walls and a base with 2 fixed and 2 swivel castors. In addition, removable shelves with dimensions 720x860 mm and a load capacity of 60 kg can be added.

Depending on your needs, you can choose wheels of different sizes and materials. There are 100 and 125 mm wheels available in black polypropylene, polyurethane nylon, both robust and suitable for floors with oils and solvents, and elastic rubber suitable for more delicate floors. All wheel sets consist of two fixed castors with or without brakes and two swivel castors.

The external dimensions of the Roll Container Secure Nestable are 720x860x1800 mm while the internal dimensions are 660x790x1500 mm. The opening is located on the 720 mm side while the 50x50 mm narrow mesh prevents a hand from being slipped inside. The load capacity varies depending on the type of wheels fitted and is 400 kg for polypropylene and elastic rubber wheels and 600 kg for nylon polyurethane wheels, while its weight is 72 kg.
