The banding machine semi-automatic open cabinet is a practical and fast solution for securing packaged goods, making it indispensable in any warehouse. Economical and compact, the semi-automatic strapping machine is designed for general-purpose use with low to medium workloads. Perfect for strapping boxes, packages, and bundles, it can be used in warehouses, as well as offices, supermarkets, and anywhere there is a need to create secure, high-quality packaging. 

To use the banding machine, place the package on the work surface so that it is in contact with the sealing head, take the strap, wrap it around the product, and then insert it into the sensor located on the surface. At this point, simply activate the sensor, and the tensioning, cutting, and sealing operations occur automatically.

DC motors are provided for each function of the semi-automatic banding machine, and the power supply is 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz | 0.25 kW. It is equipped with an innovative digital control panel that allows for simple and intuitive adjustment of all machine functions, such as: strap tension, seal cooling time, sealing blade temperature adjustment, strap length to be dispensed, number of work cycles performed, reset button, and manual strap feed button.

To ensure maximum customization, the semi-automatic banding machine features height-adjustable legs and, for the convenience of moving the machine from one workstation to another, is equipped with swivel casters. Finally, it is compatible with polypropylene (PP) strapping in widths of 6, 9, 12, and 15 mm. The machine comes with a manual containing setup instructions.
