The banding machine semi-automatic open cabinet is a practical and fast machinery for securing packaged goods, essential in all warehouses. Economical and compact, the semi-automatic strapping machine is designed for general use with medium to low work volumes. Perfect for handling strapping operations on boxes, packages, and bundles, it can be used in warehouses, offices, supermarkets, and anywhere there is a need to create a secure and quality packaging.

To use the banding machine, it is necessary to place the packaging on the work surface so that it is in contact with the sealing head, take the strap and pass it around the product, and then insert it into the sensor positioned on the surface. At this point, it is sufficient to activate the sensor, and the tensioning, cutting, and sealing operations occur automatically.

Direct current motors are arranged for each function of the semi-automatic banding machine, and the power supply is electric at 220 V | 1 ph | 50/60 Hz | 0.25 kW. Additionally, there is an electronic tensioning controller for the strap, which can be activated via a potentiometer on the control panel.

To ensure maximum customization, the banding machine is equipped with height-adjustable legs. For the convenience of moving the machine from one workstation to another, it comes complete with swiveling wheels. Finally, it is compatible with polypropylene PP straps of variable width: 6-9-12-15 mm. The machine is supplied with instructions for setup.
