The banding machine semi-automatic is the practical and safe device designed to meet pallet strapping needs. Its unique structure, complete with a foldable lance to facilitate the insertion of the strap under the pallet, allows for easy and quick strapping of pallets. Additionally, the two DC motors are arranged for each function of the machine.

To use the banding machine, the operator must position the machine near the pallet to be strapped and insert the lance into the base of the pallet itself. At this point, it is necessary to take the strap from the opposite side of the pallet and insert it into the designated sensor on the machine's platform. Subsequent operations (tensioning, cutting, and welding) occur autonomously. Finally, after cutting, the strap is automatically fed to the preset length.

The banding machine is equipped with an electronic strap tension controller through a potentiometer located on the control panel. The tension can be set from a minimum of 3 up to 45 kg.

The straps compatible with the banding machine are PP (polypropylene) straps, with a thickness of 0.45-0.65 mm and a width of 9-12 or 15 mm. The machine comes with the necessary instructions to set the width of the strap according to the specific working requirements, providing flexibility for various needs.
