The Fervi 0012 bench drill press with belt transmission is a solution designed to allow drilling, boring and spot boring operations to be carried out on different types of materials. In fact, the device adapts to different processes and to different materials simply by changing the tool. Capable of reaching 12 different levels of spindle rotation speed, it is able to satisfy different needs. The dimensions of the instrument make it perfectly suitable to be placed on furniture, work benches or supports.

The bench drill press is equipped with a 230 V single-phase motor. This type of device is designed for non-continuous use during daily activities, but intermittently. It is a service machine and not a continuous production machine. The control panel has an electrical system with a separate 24V circuit. The drill is also equipped with a 290 mm diameter rotating and tilting table.

The Fervi bench drill press is equipped with a belt rotation speed transmission system. To vary the spindle rotation speed, the position of the belts on the pulley grooves must be changed. This type of transmission system is ideal for repetitive machining where many speed changes are not required.

The continuous drilling capacity of the bench drill press is 12mm in diameter. The advancement of the spindle is manual and takes place via the handwheel which allows it to be moved vertically.
