The metal storage shelves are the ideal solution for storing 2 IBC tanks safely while ensuring order and optimizing space, especially in height. The structure built on two levels allows the placement of 1 IBC per level and is the perfect ally when it is necessary to store hazardous, flammable or polluting substances but there are horizontal space limitations. 

The structure of the metal storage shelves for IBCs consists of 2 vertical sides and 2 pairs of horizontal beams (adjustable in height) on which to place the tanks. Also included in the scope of supply is the spill pallet in RAL 2004 orange color that can be accessorized with the grid if necessary. In line with Italian regulations, the spill pallet is designed to hold at least the greater of 33% of the total volume of stored liquids or the largest container. For installations outside Italy, you are advised to check the laws in force in the country of use.

Various accessories are available to allow for maximum customization: galvanized steel canopy, splash guards (sold in pairs, so it is possible to purchase two pairs-one for each level-or a single pair for a single level), the grating platform to be placed on one or both beams in such a way as to allow for the support of the tank but also of additional small drums and/or various containers, wall spacers, and rear stops (C-shaped pallet retainers to be fixed behind the IBC pallet to prevent it from falling).

The metal storage shelves for IBCs is made of steel, ensuring maximum stability. The shelving is supplied unassembled in order to optimize logistics costs and simplify transport operations. Assembly and floor fixing are the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual supplied with the product.
