Metal storage shelves space saver with spill pallet for 6 1000 lt IBCs on 2 levels

The metal storage shelves for 6 IBCs are the ideal solution to guarantee an orderly and safe working environment, in compliance with regulations. When dangerous, inflammable or polluting substances have to be stored, IBCs and special structures are required: such a shelving unit allows this need to be met by exploiting vertical space. Developed on two levels, the structure accommodates up to 6 IBCs (3 on each level).

Thanks to the 2 vertical sides and 2 pairs of horizontal beams, adjustable in height, the metal storage shelves allow up to 6 IBCs to be placed on two floors. In addition, in order to collect any spillage, the shelving is complete with a spill pallet painted orange RAL 2004, which can be accessorized with a support grid. This spill pallet complies with Italian standards, according to which it must be able to hold at least 33% of the total stored volume, or the larger container, whichever is greater. For use in other countries, care should be taken to ensure that specific local regulations are met.

In order to meet ever-changing requirements, further accessories are available: the galvanised steel canopy, the splash guards (supplied in pairs, one pair can be placed on each level), the pressed grating platform to be placed on the beams to support, in addition to the IBCs, small drums and/or various containers, wall spacers and rear stops (C-shaped retainers to be fixed behind the IBC pallet to prevent it from falling).

The metal storage shelves for IBCs guarantees maximum stability. The structure is supplied unassembled in order to reduce transport costs. Assembly and floor fixing are the end-user's responsibility, in accordance with the instructions provided in the user manual supplied with the product.
