Bending machine Fervi 0775

The bending machine Fervi is the tool for processing metal sheets by bending them. It is ideal for use with sheet metal with a low carbon content or non-ferrous materials. The thickness of the sheets to be processed must not exceed 1.2 mm in order to guarantee an optimal result. This machine is used to bend up to a maximum of 140° and the sheet length cannot exceed 1000 mm.

The structure of the bending machine is welded from high quality steel. It is therefore a robust and durable product with a long service life. For it to function properly, routine maintenance must be carried out regularly, which is why it is recommended to lubricate the rotating parts of the machine daily. This ensures a longer machine life.

To adjust the upper press of the machine to suit the thickness of the material to be bent, the bolts and eccentric shafts must be adjusted to move the upper plate. This will in fact move back a short distance which will allow the sheet metal to be bent.

This bending machine is adjusted before it leaves the factory. When you want to operate it, you will have to raise the crank of the top plate, which will move away from the work table. It is recommended to lubricate the rotating parts every day to ensure a longer machine life.
