The bending machine Fervi is the ideal product to use when you need to bend sheets of low-carbon steel or other metals with similar hardness. The sheet metal sheets that can be bent by this tool must not be more than 2 mm thick and the width must be less than 1020 mm. To adjust the height of the upper knife of the bending machine, and thus vary the thickness of the sheet metal to be processed, use the two adjustment knobs on the upper part of the machine. The lower knife, on the other hand, is adjusted using the two knobs on either side of the machine's operating lever. In order to adjust the length of the sheet metal section to be bent, there are two levers at the rear of the machine that allow the bar to be slid along two millimetre lines.

It is also possible to change the bending angle of the processed sheet metal. To do so, you must act on the limit switch located on the right-hand side of the bending machine. In fact, by loosening the two locking dowels and turning the clamp with nonius, it will be possible to select the correct angle.

A correct maintenance of the bending machine is essential in order for it to function properly. In fact, it is important to grease the knife mechanism and the knives themselves daily to prevent oxidation. In addition, all other parts of the machine should be greased weekly.
