Mini bending machine Fervi 0483

The mini bending machine is a tool compatible with a vice through which metal sheets with a low carbon content or other metals of similar hardness can be bent. The thickness of the sheet metal sheets to be processed must not exceed 2,5 mm. It is equipped with a welded flange at the bottom to enable it to be clamped on the jaws of a vice. We recommend vises with jaw dimensions of not less than 150 mm for clamping the tool.

To mount the lever, simply insert it on the operating pin of the bending knives. The mini bending machine will then be ready for use. The bending knife to be used must be of the appropriate width for the thickness and processing to be carried out. The entire punching tool is made up of a set of folding knives so that the width of action can be changed according to the type of work to be carried out.

The blade supplied with the mini bending machine is therefore interchangeable in order to be able to adapt to the type of work to be carried out. In any case, it is possible to process ferrous sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 2,5 mm and a width not exceeding 270 mm.

The vice on which to place the mini bending machine is not included in the package. The maximum bending depth on the handle side is 50 mm.
