Compact elevating work platform capacity kg 200 Microlift Z

The compact elevating work platform Microlift Z is the ballasted solution with electro-hydraulic push-pull lifting. Lightweight and compact, it is perfect for maintenance, painting and cleaning work and can be used in construction sites, companies, warehouses, supermarkets, shops and offices. Offering a maximum working height of 5 metres and extreme manoeuvrability, the machine is suitable for all maintenance work. In addition, the 24V battery operation allows the platform to be used even in environments without a power supply, offering high autonomy.

Among the strengths of the compact elevating work platform are the simplicity of the installations, the few components and the small overall dimensions. These, together with the low weight, allow the machinery to pass through doors, aisles and lifts, as well as to be transported using small vans. In addition, the platform is equipped with gripping points for forklifts and cranes and a locking point for transport. 

The lifting platform comes complete with an electronic battery charger built into the base frame, a residual charge indicator on the work surface, two emergency buttons, high-slide nylon wheels, overflow and pressure loss valves, an emergency lowering mechanism (manual) and a large work surface made entirely of welded aluminium measuring 70x100 cm and with a load capacity of 200 kg.

The Microlift Z compact elevating work platform is equipped with an extruded aluminium lifting column that guarantees safety and stability even at maximum working height. The ballasted base counterbalances the platform, so that it is not obligatory to equip it with stabilisers. The latter are however available as options and can only be purchased when purchasing the platform. Finally, the machine is approved for indoor use and supplied complete with user and maintenance manual and test certificate in accordance with Italian and European (CE) regulations.
