A fixed crane fork is a lifting accessory that is placed between the mobile loading device (hook) of the lifting equipment and the mass to be handled in order to allow it to be lifted and moved. It is a tool designed for handling materials placed on pallets or inside fork-lift containers. It represents an important solution for lifting and transporting heavy loads.
This carefully and precisely designed device offers a combination of strength, safety and optimal functionality for a wide range of industrial applications. The crane forks are designed and manufactured in accordance with the following standards: Machine Directive 2006/42/EC and standards EN ISO 12100:2010 - EN 13155:2021 - EN 349:1993+A1:2008i.
The fixed crane fork consists of a metal carpentry structure with 2 forged steel tines that enable the pallet on which the material is placed to be forked. The hooking device is equipped with a spring return system. Spring balancing is a key innovation that greatly improves the efficiency and safety of the lifting operation. Forged fork tines are at the heart of this design, providing superior strength and exceptional durability.
You can choose between two different fixed crane fork models depending on the load capacity required. In fact, the crane fork is available with either a 1500 kg or 2000 kg capacity, allowing you to meet every load requirement.
